Bob is an experienced senior manager who has worked in the Energy and Steel industry for over 28 years. He has a proven track record of achievement in business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing strategy, training and change management.
Bob is recognised for developing highly effective teams, with the ability to align achievements and goals with our corporate vision. He has completed an Advanced Management Certificate and a Bachelor Of Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources.
Garry Hollins
Manager, Insurance & Risk
Garry has a Degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Building Fire Safety & Risk Engineering. He has worked as a Property Risk & Account Engineer for Multi-National Insurers for over 30 years. He originally trained and worked in Chicago and Atlanta. He was then based in Sydney and Melbourne, completing Risk Surveys and managing Risk accounts for Australian and global clients in SE-Asia, China and New Zealand.
Tamara-Jane Flanagan
Risk Survey Facilities Manager
Tamara-Jane is our Risk Survey Facilities Manager and aids both our Surveyors and our Risk & Insurance Manager, Garry Hollins in quoting, quality checking Survey Reports and providing support to our clients when required.
Prior to working at NSRA she spent just under 5 years in the Claims Management and Insurance repairs industry. Due to the nature of her work, she serviced Australia’s leading Insurance companies.
Leigh Boras
Administrative Support Officer
Leigh works along side Tamara-Jane Flanagan assisting with Risk Survey allocations. She quotes and proof reads reports prior to them being sent to Insurers , Brokers and Underwriters
Previously Leigh has worked within multiple Government departments including Centrelink, Transport for NSW, Australian Passports and Australia Post.
