Bob is an experienced senior manager who has worked in the Energy and Steel industry for over 28 years. He has a proven track record of achievement in business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing strategy, training and change management.
Bob is recognised for developing highly effective teams, with the ability to align achievements and goals with our corporate vision. He has completed an Advanced Management Certificate and a Bachelor Of Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources.
Garry Hollins
Manager, Insurance & Risk
Garry has a Degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Building Fire Safety & Risk Engineering. He has worked as a Property Risk & Account Engineer for Multi-National Insurers for over 30 years. He originally trained and worked in Chicago and Atlanta. He was then based in Sydney and Melbourne, completing Risk Surveys and managing Risk accounts for Australian and global clients in SE-Asia, China and New Zealand.
Lisa Watts
National Business Development Manager
Lisa comes from an accomplished claims investigations background having worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years in diverse roles for major insurers such as Suncorp, NRMA, and Zurich in claims along with technical and management positions. Lisa has a passion for fraud Investigations and has spent years working within the personal injury claims sector. She enjoys building relationships with clients and assisting them in achieving their goals through our service offering.
Lisa holds university qualification in policing, is a licensed investigator & holds certification in Government Investigations. Lisa is also a member of The NSW Self Insurers Association and Risk Surveyors Discussion Group.
Lisa participates in Underwriting Council Expos/ Conferences across Australia/New Zealand and has a proven track record in Business Development.
